In English language, the History of the Second World War in the Balkans is mentioned in thousands of books but all of them have few things in common.

First, foreign writers didn’t enter local archives due to the language barrier.

Second, some were interested in removing that barrier but only to spread their view of the story to the English-speaking world: the Communists.

Third, even Western Allies in WWII had things to hide so they, to a certain extent, accepted the Communist side of the story.

As a consequence, the goal of this book is to show sides of the story that haven’t yet appeared in the English-speaking world. Naturally, these sides of the story haven’t been shown in Communist historiography either.

Highlights of ‘WWII in the Balkans: THE ACTUAL HISTORY’ include:

  • The untold story of the biggest anti-Nazi operation of WWII in the Balkans, before Soviet invasion, done in 1943 by Mihailovich’s Chetniks: the siege of Sarajevo
  • Mention of Number of Jews were members of the Mihailovich’s Chetniks, from Supreme command to bottom of the Army which is broadly ignored by Historians
  • The critical analysis of the books which are considered as supreme authority therefore mostly cited when WWII in the Balkans is studied
